Add Authorized User

• Login to DSU Online Services (User ID is your Banner ID Number. Password is your Birthdate – mmddyy)
• Click Student Services and Financial Aid
• Next click Student Records and then View Account and Make Payments
• Click View Account and Make Payments button
• You will then be directed to another page
• Click on the Authorized Users tab
• Then click on the button that says “Add an Authorized User”
• Complete the information needed in the pop-up box
• An email with instructions will be sent to your authorized user or users

Remember: The authorized user can only view your student account charges and payments, make a payment on your behalf, and view your previous statements.

 Online Payments

• Login to DSU Online Services (User ID is your Banner ID Number. Password is your Birthdate – mmddyy)
• Click Student Services and Financial Aid
• Next click Student Records and then Account Summary
• Select payment option: Credit Card or Pay by Check
• You will be asked to select the term for payment (Example – Spring 2012)
• After selecting a term, click Submit
• If you are paying with a Credit Card, enter card details and click Submit Payment
• If you are paying with a Check, enter checking account information and click on Continue. Agree to the next page
• Print your receipt for your records

 eRefunds

Effective spring 2014, Student Business Services will no longer distribute refund checks at the cashier’s window or Walter Sillers Coliseum.  All refund checks will be sent to mailing addresses.  Students can change or update their mailing addresses online via myDSU online services. The checks are mailed to addresses on the following hierarchy:  mailing, campus and permanent.

If you do not wish to have your refund check mailed, you may enroll in eRefunds through myDSU online services through the following steps:

You will need to put in your user and password.  Your user ID is your 900 number.  If you are not sure what your 900 number is, just type in your social security number and click the “What is my ID?” link.  Your password is your birth date in the MMDDYY format.

1. Click MyDSU link on Delta State University homepage (located in upper right corner of waki-aiai.net page).
2. Login to DSU Online Services (User ID is your 900 Number. Password is your birthdate – mmddyy).
3. Click Student Services & Financial Aid.
4. Click Student Records.
5. Click View Account and Make Payments.
6. Click View Account and Make Payments button.
7. On this new page, you click either Set up Refund Account or the eRefunds tab. Either option will prompt you to set up an account of your choice to have your refund direct deposited.

SPECIAL NOTE: Only one account can be active at a time. No international accounts can be used. eRefunds can only validate American routing numbers.

 What is Okra Green Anywhere?

Okra Green Anywhere (OGA) is a prepaid debit portion of the Okra Kard. OGA can be spent anywhere on campus (including the bookstore and dining locations) and with some merchants off-campus. Money may be added to OGA in several ways:

• • Cash or Check at the Student Business Services office in Kent Wyatt Hall
  • Cash Value Centers – cash only – located in the lobby of the Roberts-LaForge library and Nowell Student Union
  • GET app
